My own worries regarded speaking to large groups of students on a fairly regular basis as well as occasional local Radio interviews related to my line of work. I always felt anxious before giving a talk and particularly uneasy prior to any radio interview. I discussed my worries with Paul and then made an appointment to see him, I have to admit I was a little sceptical before I saw him.

Paul made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and after the first session I did have more confidence. I made 2 more appointments and I can honestly say that I am amazed by the difference Paul has made to the way I feel, speak and the way I come across when talking to large groups.
